How come the item texture doesn't appear on the Box Up crate?

You must be using one of the VMD textures and not a third-party texture. Also, give the crate plenty of time to fully load all the items and then apply the texture. Finally, you can try clicking the crate on the Sorter and selecting Crate Theme to reset the theme on that crate and then try the Box Up again.
