If you no longer have your password (can't remember it, lost it, etc.) go to the main VM Designs Store ( http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/VM%20Designs/74/214/37 ) and click one of the terminals that talk about registering for the website.  Then use the menu option that says "Reset PW" and you'll be given a temporary password in local chat.  Use that temporary password to login and you'll be prompted to change your password.

Remember, whenever you login, use your full account name (first and last name or first name and Resident, whichever applies).
