Many VMD products are shipped with an item called "Sorter HUD" (even if you don't have a Sorter).  You can wear this HUD and click the Redeliver button to open a website with your VMD items to get a redelivery.

If you don't have the Sorter HUD, go to the main VMD store and click any vendor and select Redelivery.
