This happens when someone clicks Customize > Texture > Cust Text and then they click Ignore in the popup. The Vendor then thinks you have entered a Custom Texture UUID, but there's no such UUID. If you are wanting to apply a VMD Texture that you own, use the Customize > Texture > Auto.

To clear the error, follow these steps:  Access the Vendor menu and go to Customize > Texture > Cust Text and then click SUBMIT with an empty UUID to clear it or enter a correct UUID.
