Frequently Asked Question

At times, DFS releases items under a new name or a slightly different name (claws, trowels, and garden tools are basically the same thing).  We catch these and sometimes have to issue an update for these items to sort properly.  Update your Drop 'N Go and your Sorter to the latest version and your items should then sort.  If they don't, please open a support ticket with the version of your sorter and the specific name of the item.
